Our team at Duns Dental Practice aims to achieve the highest possible standard of service and adheres to the General Dental Council’s Standards for Dental Professionals. We will always try to deal swiftly with any problems that occur. If you wish to raise an issue please do not hesitate to mention it to one of us. There are designated quiet areas available in the Practice should you wish to speak to us about a confidential matter.

If, however, you are not satisfied with the outcome after raising the matter with us you can seek further help and advice from external bodies. NHS Borders and The Scottish Public Services Ombudsmen work to resolve NHS related complaints. The Dental Complaints Service, an independent service funded by the General Dental Council, will help with Private care related issues. All three organisations advise that you seek local resolution with Your Practice first.
